Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment if the user has not yet started the course. If the course has already been started (for example, the user has viewed more than 10% of the materials), no refund is provided. In special cases, the terms of return are discussed individually.

Quality and availability of services: SkillBoost Academy strives to provide users with high-quality educational materials and services. We make every effort to ensure stable access to courses, but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical work or unforeseen failures.
Disclaimer: SkillBoost Academy is not responsible for specific learning outcomes, as success depends on the user's efforts and level of engagement. The platform does not guarantee that completing courses will lead to employment or career advancement.

6. User Responsibilities

Terms of Obtaining a Certificate: Upon completion of a course and passing all required tests and assignments, the User may receive a SkillBoost Academy certificate. The conditions for obtaining a certificate may vary for different courses and are indicated on the course page.
Certificate Use: Certificates issued by SkillBoost Academy confirm completion of a course, but are not an official qualification and do not provide licenses for professional activity. The user may use the certificate to demonstrate their skills, but SkillBoost Academy is not responsible for its acceptance by employers or other organizations.

Updated terms will be posted on this page, and users will be notified of significant changes by email or via an on-platform notification.
